A relaxing facial treatment designed to refresh, lift and revive the skin by treating both the fascia and muscles of the face. This facial utilises Fascial Facial® techniques which are specialised myofascial techniques for releasing fascial restrictions (including rhytides - fascial folds or wrinkles which can lead to sagging and dullness) to lift and smooth the skin without the use of chemicals, expensive products or machines. Working this level of superficial fascia also has the added benefits of promoting hyaluronan (hyaluronic acid) production within the fascia, reducing tension, improved circulation and improved lymphatic flow.
Your facial includes a double cleanse, exfoliate and tone. This is then followed by Fascial Facial® techniques, lymphatic drainage, relaxing massage of the shoulders, neck and face and meridian clearing pressure points. Your facial concludes with a mask and light moisturiser.
This facial is suitable for all skin types and is ideal as a one off treatment, however for the best lasting results, a course of 6 treatments is recommended approximately 1-2 weeks apart.

Facial Cupping

An amazing therapy which can help support the lymphatic and circulatory systems by encouraging lymph drainage and encouraging fresh nutrient supply to the tissues. Cupping works on both the muscles and fascia of the face giving you a brighter, relaxed and more toned complexion. Facial cupping is done slightly different to body cupping and does not leave any cupping marks.
Ideal or those with sinus problems, facial tension/headaches, or just skin needing a boost.
Also complements TMJ treatments.
Includes a facial massage with eucalyptus essential oil followed by cupping of the face and neck.
BODY TREATMENTS
Top to Toe Treatment

A top to toe moisturising body treatment which aims to buff away dry skin, deeply moisturise and improve the skin's natural health.
Even though this is aimed at dry skin it is suitable for all skin types.
Treatment includes a full body dry exfoliation with bamboo fibre mitts, full body massage (with our natural mango butter body balm scented with vanilla and bergamot oils) and a mini hydrating facial (cleanse, exfoliate, tone & moisturise).
