The Treatment Room

The perfect place to escape from the worries and stresses of everyday life!

The treatment bed is draped with soft towels and blankets to ensure your comfort and modesty.


The Waiting/Relaxation Area

A spacious and comfortable waiting/relaxation area with a selection of comfortable chairs, including 3 relaxation loungers. This area allows customers to relax outside of the treatment room in a comfortable and peaceful setting.

(PLEASE NOTE THE RELAXATION AREA IS CURRENTLY OUT OF USE BUT WILL BE BACK IN USE SOON)


Etiquette....

APPOINTMENT TIMES

For all appointments, please to arrive at your given appointment time. New customers will have a medical, health and lifestyle consultation which will take place on arrival prior to starting your treatment.


TREATMENT DRESS CODE

For certain body treatments and massages, you may be asked to undress down to your underwear. Treatments are never carried out in the nude and your modestly is respected at all times by using towels to cover you. You will be left to undress/dress at the start and end of each treatment in complete privacy. To allow you to fully relax, it is advised to turn off or silence your mobile phone.

Minimum Age....

The minimum age for treatments is 12 years old. All children between the ages of 12-18 are very welcome to enjoy treatments, however must be accompanied by a parent or adult relative during each visit. We are able and happy to adapt treatments to suit our younger clients.

Parking....

There is ample parking available for FREE on either the driveway or on the road outside. We kindly ask that you do not park on the road in front of the junction to Short Road as this causes problems for other drivers.

Payment....

At present we are able to accept payment by cash, bank transfer, PayPal, Barclays Pingit or PayM. Unfortunately due to the size of the business and current charges for card machines, we are NOT able to accept credit/debit cards as a form of payment. Payments for returning clients can be taken prior to or on the day of the treatment. If you are a new customer or are paying for someone else but not accompanying them, full payment will be taken beforehand.

New Client Policy....

All new clients will be required to pay for their first treatment upfront in full at the time of booking (this unfortunately is due to several new customers not turning up to their appointment). If you do not show up for your treatment, this payment will be kept and is non refundable. For those who need to cancel and rebook, the payment can be credited towards your new appointment. If cancelled with more than 24hrs notice your full amount will be credited or refunded, however if less than 24hrs notice is given full payment is kept.

Cancellation Policy for Return Clients....

We understand that sometimes cancellations cannot be avoided but please do understand that we need to be informed as soon as possible as it has an impact on the business. A cancellation fee of £10 per hour is now in place for any appointments cancelled within 24hrs which will be taken from your payment, paid at the time of cancellation or added onto the rebooked appointment.

If you are late, I will do my best to still give you the full treatment time, however please understand that if it is unavoidable your treatment may have to be cut short but still be charged.

UPDATE - these charges may be waved in some situations such as Covid19 cancellations or emergencies at my discression.

Appointments....

An appointment must be made for a treatment, please do not drop in. Appointments can be made by text or email but due to high demand will usually need to be booked about 2 weeks in advance.

All clients will have a private appointment time. This means that your treatment will be peaceful and all of our attention is focused solely on you, allowing you to fully relax undisturbed by other clients.


Additional Information....

For those with severe allergies to animals, we do have both cats and dogs in the property. Please note that these are not allowed in the treatment room and all public areas of the property are cleaned and hoovered daily to minimise any issues.
