About Me

My name is Annabel and I am a Massage and Myofascial Therapist with a background in Health and Social Care. 

I have a love of all things Spa and Massage. My particular interests lie in anatomy, physiology, psychology and the effects of stress on the body. I have a passion for helping people and started the business to provide people  with a local retreat where everyone is welcome. 

I strive to offer my clients a range of professional treatments, all with an element of massage at the heart, from simple relaxation to maintenance treatments for chronic conditions.

I am a full member of The Guild of Holistic Therapists, a leading UK professional body who ensure all members are of a high standard.

I am fully insured and qualified to carry out all of the treatments that I offer.
