OUR POLICIES

New Customers:

Unfortunately due to no shows and last minute cancellations by new clients, all new customers must pay for their first treatment in full at the time of booking. This is non refundable if you cancel less than 24hrs before your appointment or do not show. If you cancel with more than 24hrs notice, your payment will go as a credit towards your treatment when it is rebooked or we can issue a refund if needed.

Return Customers:

Treatments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will incur a £10 per hour cancellation fee.

No shows will be charged full treatment price.
